KC Nealy bio I am originally from Victoria Texas I moved to Austin in 1996. I am married to my wonderful husband who is retired from the US Army. We have six children collectively; of those six I gave birth to four! I developed an interest in real estate when I purchase my first home at the age of 19. When I purchased that home I worked with a Realtor who was great at helping me to locate and negotiate for the home that I wanted, but I felt the need to do a lot of research on my own. I guess that has a little bit to do with the fact that I may be a tiny bit of a control freak. I remember when I was at the closing table the lady that was doing our paperwork ask me if I was also a Realtor because of how much I participated in the whole process and the fact that I had a better understanding than most new homebuyers that she had worked with in the past! Although I did not get into the real estate industry at that time, the seed had been planted. I went on to work for several years in the healthcare industry. I still hold my license as an x-ray technician. Some of my experience in the healthcare included; managing a sports medicine practice, working in urgent care settings and also teaching a college Radiology program. My desire to help people while also educating them is what drew me into both career fields. As a Realtor, I have made it my mission to help the people who never in their wildest dreams imagined that they would sit confidently at the closing table and walk away as a HOMEOWNER achieve the "American Dream" . I love planting seeds of growth within people's hearts and I love proving that there is really nothing that a person cannot accomplish if they put their mind to it and are willing to do the work to make it happen. In addition to my real estate services I also offer credit repair in order to help my clients overcome the obstacle of damage credit when are in their pursuit of becoming a homeowner.
