She does everything possible to yield the highest price by assisting in properly pricing the home through presenting CMA's and recently sold properties in the area. Effective marketing is a must and she provides brochures and all other applicable methods to enhance the exposure of the home. She is hands-on making certain the prospective purchaser is a strong buyer and fully qualified. Once a home is under contract, she serves as the "Project Manager" for the transaction keeping everyone totally informed until closing.
