For sellers:

I specialize in homes that should have sold but didn't. In other words, my processes and systems for selling homes works on the toughest sales. If your home listing is expired, terminated, for sale by owner or never listed, I can help you. Hint: Homes sell for two reasons: price and exposure. We will have a plan for both. My listing has a early (no cost) termination clause so you are not "held hostage" by a listing agreement. I do what I say so we can be assured of the sale.

For buyers:

Buying a home can be as stressful as selling. If you are a first time home buyer, I will thoroughly explain the home buying experience, timeline and associated costs so you are fully informed. We will do a complete needs analysis so all of us will know exactly what you need and want in your new home (like a grocery list). We will agree about our roles and expectations to make sure we ar

When we do the home search, we will only look for homes that meet your criteria with a complete showing package including disclosures and pricing tools for each home.

In general:

We will ask you a lot of questions, listen to your specific needs and make the most appropriate plans and stategies that will assure you get the home that you want, and more importantly, want the home you get. Later, we will hold that plan accountable weekly.
I seek out the best in each industry to work with so I can recommend them to you for buying or selling. We talk about roles and expectations with each person in the company so you are assured the best experience possible (mortgage, title, inspections, home warranty, survey, etc.).
With me, it is about your needs. My number 1 belief in real estate is "Win-Win or No Deal"! That allows me to do well in real estate and sleep very good at night.

Tony Barker was not born in Texas, but got here as fast as he could! Tony believes mastery is a journey not a destination. Along with his real estate knowledge, Tony brings his martial arts (Aikido), administrative, entrepreneurial, engineering, and computer experience to the table. His philosophy of "win-win or no deal" comes from his mentor, David Scott.

When Tony is not practicing real estate, he is in the classroom either as a student or teacher. Mentoring newer agents in achieving their goals has been fulfilling in itself for Tony.

By remaining proactive and setting expectations early, he is often called upon to use his problem solving and diplomatic skills to complete a real estate transaction when issues arise.

Tony's belief that "helping people is part of God's plan" propels him forward. Tony has lived in the Houston area for 28 years and would not be anywhere else. He is married to his lovely wife, Anita, for 28 years and has six children.

By being intentional with his children's growth, Tony has three demands of them:
- they must graduate from college,
- get at least one black belt in a martial art,
- he is their father for life (not just until 18 years old)
