Hello! Being raised in Houston County has given me an opportunity to build an extensive network and form close relationships with local businesses and people. I became a licensed real estate agent in 2006. I feel that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home or piece of land. I utilize a variety of online marketing tools, professional staging, and open houses to attract the mainstream homebuyers. In addition, I use a local presence, network and niche online presence to focus on the homes, Farms and Ranches or vacant land you are looking for as well as selling. Barb Milstead has been a licensed Realtor® since 2016. Prior to being in real estate she traveled the US training and showing horses and later owned and operated an oil and gas construction company that operated in North Dakota. She is also currently a licensed Realtor® in Montana and has many contacts all along the Rocky Mountain front. Barb specializes in Deep East Texas ranches for sale, horse properties, country homes with small and large acreage and homes in our rural communities . She is familiar with areas around Lufkin including Nacogdoches, Crockett, Huntsville, Corrigan, Centerville, Fairfield, Huntington, Palestine, Grapeland, Madisonville, Lake Livingston, and many other small towns.
