My career was inspired by my mother who has been an outstanding pace-setter in the real estate industry for over 30 years. My background in psychology with a minor in business from Sam Houston State University has been instrumental in shaping my career. Michelle and her family always dreamed of the country life, so in August 2002 they moved from the suburb of Atascocita, TX to Columbus, Texas. In 2007, Michelle completed her real estate studies and earned her real estate license. I am a graduate of Texas A&M University, a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, and an Accredited Buyer's Representative. After graduating from A&M I relocated to Houston and then San Antonio to pursue my career in property management. The larger cities were wonderful for my career but when my husband and I were blessed with a daughter, I started reminiscing about life growing up in a small community. In 1993 we relocated to the Columbus area. After ten years of being a stay-at-home mom, I activated my broker's license and joined Keller Williams Realty out of the Houston area. Two years later, I joined a local real estate firm, Texas Star Realty, and managed the office but still enjoyed listing and selling real estate. Texas Star Realty was purchased by Coldwell Banker - The Ron Brown Company in January of 2015. In March of 2015 I was blessed to join Double G Realty, LLC a locally owned and operated company. In addition to being a full time Realtor, I was also involved with numerous school and community activities such as Parent Teacher Organizations, Girl Scouts, Columbus Aquatic Team and Tri-County Aggie Moms Club.

Lea Ann has been awarded as a top producing agent by the Houston Brokers Council and is the recipient of numerous Outstanding Achievement awards by Century 21 and RE/MAX as well as multiple awards as a Top Producer & Top Listing Agent throughout her career.
