I worked the oil and gas industry in the late 80's and early 90's preparing auto-cad drawings and designing oil and gas skids for manufacturing. When this industry headed on a downhill slope, I partnered in a medical supply business in 1992. Thus was the beginning of my self-employment ventures. I then moved into real estate as a sales associate in the early 2000s and became a Real Estate Broker soon after. Hi! My name is Daphne Powers and I am first generation Dutch American! Lived in Katy, Texas where I attended and graduated from Katy High School and then went on to Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. I have a degree in Interior Design and a minor in Art which I believe gives me an advantage in the real estate world.

Currently living in the Bellville area allows me to share what this area has to offer to potential buyers who are looking to get out of big cities.
