He started his career at CBRE Capital Markets in Houston prior to transitioning into the Industrial Brokerage division of CBRE where he focused on investment and user sales, agency representation, and tenant representation. He was involved in 5.2 million square feet of lease transactions and over 5.8 million square feet of sales transactions. Total value consideration for his lease and investment sales transactions were over $625 million. In 2018, Daniel returned to Bryan/College Station to serve his hometown community by opening Avodah Commercial Real Estate, a full service commercial real estate firm.
