Cathie grew up in Stephenville, TX, just south of the D-FW metroplex, and after living on the West Coast for 25 years, has loved being back in Texas and working in the metroplex. Cathie is no stranger to the world of real estate. She has extensive experience in personal real estate transactions, including buying, selling, flipping, property management and real estate investing. Cathie also worked in the banking industry for many years and brings her knowledge of lending to this arena. A consistent award-winning, multimillion-dollar producer, she has successfully closed hundreds of transactions. Cathie has brought her negotiating and problem-solving skills to various real estate venues, including farm and ranch, commercial and residential sales and listings. Cathie served for more than four years as the manager and sales leader for the Ebby Halliday Prosper Celina office, being entrusted with opening and establishing the office at a critical time of accelerated growth in these communities. Under her leadership, the office grew to over 75 agents. The most invigorating part of her job as a manager was mentoring, coaching and seeing agents succeed.
