Phillip Barloco is a Realtor in San Antonio. San Antonio has always been home, but he lived in several different states and even lived in England for three years while his dad was in the Air Force. Being a military brat you learn how to drop into new environments and make the best of every situation. Phillip has lived in San Antonio since 1999. Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. Working as a Realtor allows Phillip to still help people as he did in EMS, but also make time to attend the important family events in life. Phillip is with Option One Real Estate. The support from the team gives Phillip the time needed to really focus on the individual clients wants and needs. Phillip will answer the phone when it rings and communicate every step of the way during your real estate journey. Phillip has had his real estate license since 2006. Phillip is characterized by his integrity and enthusiasm that he brings to every situation. Any road blocks are an opportunity to problem solve and get his clients where they need to be. When Phillip isn't helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending time with his family, trips to the beach, and training in jiu-jitsu.

Being in sales for over 20 years, I obtained my Real Estate license in 2007 and it has far surpassed my expectations. I love broadening my knowledge in the Real Estate field and have earned two designations; ABR & SRS and I'm now moving forward to gain my Brokers License. I was elected President of the Greater La Vernia Chamber of Commerce in 2010 and Secretary of the GLVCofC in 2009 which has expanded my networking and social outreach. I work closely with the La Vernia MDD (Municipal Development District), Planning & Zoning and City Council to keep up with the latest local Real Estate and business data which is of the utmost importance to buyers and sellers alike. Being rated top listing agent from 2009-2011, top sales agent in 2010 and being a multi-million dollar producing agent, it has driven me to explore and excel in Real Estate marketing and has become one of my true passions.
