Ashley Willis is a full time REALTOR® with Keller Williams Southeast Texas in Beaumont. Ashley is enthusiastic about helping her clients buy & sell all over Southeast Texas. Ashley has been a REALTOR for over 12 years. In 2019, she founded FRESH, a real estate team specializing in New Home Construction. The FRESH team services clients all across Houston, Beaumont, and the greater Southeast Texas region. From finding a new home or creating a custom build, Ashley offers a unique service to her clients. From her construction knowledge, interior design background and years of real estate negotiations, Ashley is a partner you want on your side when building or purchasing a new home. Ashley has a strong passion for what she does- customer service is always her number one focus, and her goal is to create long-term trusting relationships with each of her clients.

Ashley is originally from Saint Louis, Missouri, where she was a licensed REALTOR® from 2007 to 2011. Even though Ashley misses toasted ravioli, the Arch, and Cardinals baseball, she is proud to be a Texan! Ashley, her husband, Jason, and their son, Ethan, have lived in Richmond and now reside in Beaumont. I am a Real Estate Salesperson and have been with my Broker "Burns Properties, Inc. for 22 years or since March 1993. I have also become an Arbitrator since 2005 when the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts office initiated the acceptance of realtors to join for Arbitrating Tax disputes between area Appraisal Districts in the State of Texas. I primarily sell and lease Commercial Properties.
