Melinda is a full time agent with Bay City Realty in Bay City, Tx. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors and the Matagorda Board of Realtors and she currently serves as the Board Secretary. Melinda grew up in the Bay City area most of her life. She is very diligent in helping with all aspects of the real estate transaction, seeing it from start to finish. I am a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and native Texan. I have a Bachelors of Science in Geography (GIS) from Stephen F. Austin State University along with a Certificate of Petroleum Land Management from the University of Houston. I've been fully devoted to working in Oil and Gas Land and Real Estate since 2001. We specialize in farm and ranch, land development, industrial site selection and coastal properties. We also offer professional GIS mapping and consult on mineral acquisition or divesting, pipeline Right of way and site planning.
