I have sold homes, condos, townhomes, land and lake properties in the Austin and surrounding areas full time since 1983. It is a real pleasure to help buyers and sellers find their dream home! I also have experience with remodeling and building homes. I have been living in Austin, Texas since 1978. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended college in California where I obtained a 2 year Associates degree from Palomar Junior College. I became a full time licensed real estate agent in 1983. At the time I became licensed there were approximately 1,000 real estate agents in the Austin area. At that time everyone worked the whole city. Because of this I have a wide familiarity with the entire Austin market, lake properties and farm and ranch properties that are located within a one hour driving range surrounding Austin. I have worked across a large spectrum of subdivisions and locations in Austin. I have a broad knowledge of the history of many subdivisions, who built in the area, soil conditions that affect the integrity of construction, types of construction used in various time periods, and how these factors can affect your contemplated home purchase. I have also assisted clients with helping design, remodel and build homes over the years. I also know and have an understanding of remodeling costs, structural issues and soil conditions that can affect the integrity, value and repair issues that come up when either buying or selling a home. Heather Kaspar has been licensed as an Auctioneer since 2011 and a licensed Realtor® since 2014. She specializes in Real Estate, Estate & Personal Property Auctions, Business Liquidations, Online & On-Site Auctions, Fundraising & Event Consulting. Heather is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Austin Board of Realtors (ABOR), National Auctioneers Association (NAA), & on the board of directors for Texas Auctioneers Association (TAA). Heather has completed the Certified Auctioneers Institute designation which is the highest designation in the auction industry. She also holds her Benefit Auctioneer Specialist (BAS) , Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) as well as her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations. Heather is located along the 290 corridor between Austin and Houston in Carmine, Texas but can contract or consult anywhere.Her skill set includes working in rural markets, farm and ranch, traditional residential real estate, real estate auctions & raw land transactions as well as rural commercial. Heather Kaspar has a strong background in sales and marketing with her B.A. in Mass Communication - Advertising from Texas State University. She has worked with numerous businesses, in numerous industries her entire professional career - developing marketing plans that included media placement on: Broadcast and cable television, as well as radio, newspaper,billboards, social media, websites & guerilla marketing.
Along with numerous businesses - Heather has also worked with a number of different civic organizations & non-profits such as: Chamber of Commerce offices, education foundations, church groups, volunteer groups & has helped organize fundraising efforts for numerous individuals and causes.
