J.J. (Judy) McElreath is a native of Groves, Texas; but has lived in the Houston/Alvin area for most of her life. She was employed by Magcobar (M-I/SWACO), a major oilfield service company based in Houston, for over 35 years. Held numerous management positions within the Production/Purchasing & Logistics department; the last position with MI/Swaco was Manager of Production Planning. The major assets she brings to Real Estate are experience and expertise in purchasing, documentation, problem solving and negotiating. She served for fifteen years as an officer on the Board of Directors for Southern Star Credit Union (formerly Dresser Central Credit Union). Has been an active agent in the Texas Real Estate market for the past fifteen years. Served as treasurer of the Texas Good Sams' RV organization for seven years; and was on the security staff for the National RV Rally's for 4 years. Enjoys traveling and family get togethers. With the Good Lords help, she looks at each day as an opportunity to help someone.

My Family
My Husband Jim, who retired as a Sgt. with the Houston Police Dept. after serving 27 years of honorable service. We have 3 children, James Jr. who graduated from the United States Naval Academy and is now serving as Commander in the naval reserves while working as a pilot in the training division of Southwest Airlines. Our son Jarred is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Masters in Education. He teaches Geograpy and is a Baseball/Football coach in the Conroe ISD. Our daughter Maegan who graduated from Sam Houston State University is also a teacher and has recently completed her Master's in Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. We are also the proud grandparents of 5 boys, one girl,4 grand dogs and our little Yorkie Poo Sophie.
we love to watch our grandchildren play sports and are Avid Astro fans.
