About Suzanne

As the saying goes, I was not born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could! Both my parents are native Texans, but met and married in the Los Angeles area of California. They moved back to Texas when I was about 10 months old… a looong time ago! I grew up in Arlington, and I am a graduate of Arlington High. I have roots in Jack County, where I spent a lot of my summers on my grandparents' farm.

In my spare time, I love to read, crochet and other arts & crafts, and cook. My husband says I need to open a smoked pulled pork stand. I enjoy going to baseball games. I also love to sing, but don't expect a CD to go on sale anytime soon…. nor in the distant future. I am active in my church where I am a member of the choir and praise team. I also love spending time with my family, especially my grandkids!

I've spent most of my career in the customer service realm. Even though I may not have always worked in a "customer service department" specifically, I feel each job discipline is about providing the best customer service possible. From retail sales to the wireless industry to hotel hospitality to different areas within the mortgage servicing industry, and ultimately a REALTOR®… my goal has always been to provide the best possible service to each and every one of my customers and clients. SFR® stands for Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. I have over 13 years of experience working for a mortgage servicer, including foreclosures. The SFR® certification has reinforced and added to my training as a REALTOR® to work with sellers and buyers of short sale and foreclosed properties and the finance, tax, and legal professionals who can help them, qualify sellers for short sales, develop a short sale package, negotiate with lenders, safeguard the commission, limit risk, and protect buyers. SRES® stands for Senior Real Estate Specialist®. I have received high quality training and the tools necessary to position myself as your trusted real estate resource for the 50+ market. I have the knowledge and expertise to counsel you through the major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating and selling your family's home.
