As the daughter of a 30-year Army veteran, Sandra spent much of her childhood in Germany. She came to Central Texas to attend Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Communications. She fell in love with the beauty of Central Texas and decided to make this area home. Prior to real estate, Sandra developed a reputation for integrity, diplomacy, and sincerity as a senior retail manager for a variety of successful businesses throughout Central Texas. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys traveling and exploring new places, photography, curling up with a good sci-fi book, and most importantly, spending time with the family (especially the grandkids!).

Denise graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She enjoys hiking, reading, trying new foods and spending time with her two rescue pups. She is also always up for a spontaneous adventure and loves exploring all that the beautiful Texas Hill Country has to offer.

I was born and raised in San Marcos, TX and currently still live here with my family. I have a Master's Degree in Legal Studies from Texas State University and am currently getting my Graduated Realtor Institute (GRI) certification. I have also taken additional educations in Advanced Field Negotiations, Mastering the CMA, and Accredited Buyer's Representative.
