A Graduate of REALTOR Institute (GRI), Adam Schwab is eager to help with your real estate needs. He is a lifelong resident of South Texas, growing up in New Braunfels before moving to San Antonio with his wife and two sons. He attended both Texas State University and Texas A&M University while completing his Master's degree in Educational Leadership. After retiring from a career as a middle school teacher and elementary school principal, Adam has transitioned to a thriving career in real estate. With a focus on helping others, his clients have consistently reported that Adam goes above and beyond to help find the ideal property. He has worked with first-time homebuyers, investors, traditional residential properties, and luxury homes, giving him depth and breadth of experience and knowledge. In addition, Adam holds the At Home With Diversity certification from the National Association of Realtors. His clients describe him as approachable and as an excellent communicator. When not making his clients' real estate dreams come true, Adam spends time with family and friends, working in the yard, and traveling the world with his wife of 30 years.

Growing up in a suburb of Chicago, EZ's dad would drive 45 minutes to and from work everyday. He watched and often times helped his father repair wood pallets as a side business. After all that, his father still found time to take his three sons to Cubs games. Growing up, hard work, determination, and family were the values that were engrained within EZ. In 2003 at the young age of 20, he made the career decision to dive head first into real estate. In the past 17+ years, he's used the drive and dedication that was instilled in him, to help over a thousand families live their dreams of purchasing a home.
