Savannah is a graduate from Penn State University with a BS in Management & Marketing. Soon after graduation, she has found her home here in the Clear Lake area. Savannah comes from a background in both customer service and sales, and prides herself in building strong relationships with her clients and putting their needs first in helping find their perfect home. When she's not in the office, she loves enjoying all things outdoors, from hiking and kayaking, and spending time with her family and sweet chocolate lab, Chewie. Licensed in 1995, Renee is a member of Houston Association of Realtors. She started right away by selling real estate in Houston and surrounding communities. Renee continued her real estate expertise by becoming certified as an Arbitrator specializing in property tax disputes, and certified as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE). A native Houstonian, she resides in Houston. Her greatest achievement comes from animal rescue, were she has helped many dogs find forever loving homes. She is founder of Clear Lake Investment Club, formed in 1995, a non-profit club which teaches how to make educated decisions when buying or selling in the stock market.
