Brazoria County has been Dawn's home for the past 20 years. She and her family live in Angleton and she recently retired as a teacher in Angleton. In 2021 she joined the fantastic team at American Realty, a well established realty firm in Lake Jackson. Dawn is very familiar with Brazoria County stretching from Sweeny to Freeport to Pearland and everywhere in between! She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation and knows from experience the needs of our 55+ citizens. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Ambassador. She and her husband attend First Baptist Church of Brazoria where she is active in the sanctuary choir and women's ministry.

She has sold residential homes, vacation beach homes, high rise condos, vacation condos, and historical homes. Liz loves meeting new people, spending time with them, and is enthusiast about helping her clients meet their goals. Prior to real estate, Liz was an educator, department chair, and held many leadership positions. She is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Marketing Degree and of University of Central Oklahoma with a Masters in Education. She grew up in real estate with her father as an investor and her mother as a broker.

I am a native of Brazoria County and have been married to my high school sweetheart Michael for 13 years. We have been blessed with four children. We have a chocolate lab who truly acts like a 5th child. I graduated from SHSU in 2009 with my Bachelor's in Bilingual Education. I taught in the bilingual classroom for 10 years at Madge Griffith Elementary and made the bittersweet decision to resign in December this past year, and embarked on my real estate journey- let's just say it was a complete "God thing". What attracted me to real estate was my husband, and the idea of helping teach people about the home selling/buying processes. The transition into real estate was a complete blessing, and I cannot be more excited to see what God has in store for our family. I am beyond humbled to join a team of excellence such as American Realty and glean from the wisdom that is shared among the highly respected agents.
