Marks started his career managing a variety of large public assembly, multi-use and commercial properties in markets across the United States. After 25 years of operating commercial properties, 2012 found him jumping into the world of residential real estate, launching his practice in Las Vegas, Nevada. As you can imagine, real estate, like everything else in Las Vegas, was dynamic and always moving, and he quickly became a top producer within his brokerage.


When Marks is not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys playing golf on the island's golf courses, nurturing vibrant tropical plants and relishing the freshest local seafood. Natasha Pierce has 5 years of experience as a REALTOR® and has been in the real estate world for 10 years! She is based out of Galveston, TX and serves the Galveston/Houston area. Natasha began her real estate journey in 2014 when she first heard about vacation rentals. This was a fairly new concept on the island, as Galveston was rebuilding after Hurricane Ike. This propelled her into moving out of her home near the beach and rent it as a vacation rental. Natasha quickly learned she was on to something and soon after, so did her neighbors.
