I accomplished my lifelong dream of living on the beach back in 2003 when I moved to Galveston. I graduated from Texas A&M University at Galveston and began working in my community as a historic restoration contractor. I have invested in the community by buying and restoring homes in Galveston. I have personal experience with short term vacation rentals, long term rentals, flipping homes, and finding forever homes. I will be in Galveston until my children (3 & 6 yo) have a family of their own, unless I can convince them to stay!



I hope to see you out in the surf, or cruising my bike on the seawall and through historic neighborhoods with my family. When I am not on the beach, or working on restoring my own historic Galveston home, I enjoy road trips with my friends and family, and trail riding in Houston's own national forest.

With an annual average of 25 transactions buying, selling, and leasing properties dating from the turn of the 20th century, I have the experience needed to evaluate the property involved and determine the right pricing. I have been active in the restoration of my own Victorian era houses, and was actively involved in laying the groundwork for the formation of the San Jacinto Historical Conservation District. Currently I serve as the Texas Realtor's Region 10 political involvement committee representative. I am a past Chair of the Galveston Association of Realtors, have been Chair of the GAR Multiple Listing Service, Chair of the City of Galveston Arts and Historic Advisory Committee. I am a two time past Chairman of the Galveston Historical Foundation Events Committee, a past Chairman of the ad hoc Galveston Affordable Housing Committee, and a former Board member of the San Jacinto Neighborhood Association.
