My journey in real estate started over ten years ago in California. However, it became a reality for me once I moved to Houston, TX. I fell in love with my new home state and I decided I wanted to help others find their homes here, as well. That process involved having a supportive family and strong mentor in the industry. I've been blessed to have both as I charge ahead. The next task was to find likeminded people and build a wide network of other industry professionals that would allow me to pull from all of their collective areas of expertise in order to offer my clients the best experience possible. I work hard to hear my clients' needs, give them honest and educated advice, and then take all that information and find them a great deal. I have 5 children. A native of the Texas Hill Country, I moved to Friendswood eleven years ago following graduation from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. My husband is a second generation native of Friendswood, and together we enjoy raising our children in such a wonderful area of Texas while participating in our local church activities and school related functions. I am a graduate of University of Houston and have been a Realtor since 2001. Being a Houston Area native gives my clients the advantage of being represented by someone who knows and lives in the community. In addition to my real estate experience, I have extensive knowledge and experience with remodeling, building construction and design, and pre-market renovations. Therefore, I can provide complimentary design consultation for clients who wish to remodel and renovate portions of their home prior to listing. As mentioned, I am a graduate of the University of Houston and hold degrees in Business Finance, Construction Mgmt. and in Real Estate. I truly believe with my accomplishments and professional experience, I can further enhance my abilities to provide excellent service to all my clients.

I've been working in the real estate industry since I was a teenager helping my mother and became licensed in 1987 at 18 years old. My experiences as a real estate appraiser, mortgage underwriter, loan officer, investor, landlord, trainer, and property manager give me unique qualifications to serve my clients. I also have many years' experience as a trainer and salesperson. I love to help my clients learn as much as they'd like about real estate and the processes involved to sell or buy.

Due to my expansive real estate and training experience, my approach to working with clients is to help educate them from multiple perspectives to proactively navigate through the buying or selling process. This reduces the probability of surprises and helps clients make the best decisions for themselves. Sometimes, that includes not to buy a specific property.
