I have been helping clients solve problems professionally since 2008. I have worked in tax consulting, logistics, and procurement before joining the real estate industry and have enjoyed working with people from all walks of life.

I find it exceptionally rewarding to now help people with home purchases and look forward to working with new home buyers as well as seasoned investors. Being a veteran, she has moved frequently during her lifetime and she understands the challenges and difficulties with picking up and starting all over again in a new community. Having endured many relocations, she recognizes that each transaction is unique and has its own unique challenges. But she's quick to adapt to any situation and that agility has become one of her most-loved qualities.

As a Navy Nuke, she was the first female to qualify Reactor Operator on the west coast and operated nuclear power plants on the USS Carl Vinson. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Seattle University. She holds a US Patent "Method for reducing distortion in a sheet of glass."

Away from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
