Katriina Haggblom's background is in marketing, public relations and journalism with degrees from Capital University and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. After moving several times within the corporate relocation world, working in real estate had become a longtime dream. Meeting new people and helping them find and sell one of the most important investments of their lives is not only rewarding, but something she feels passionate about. Being completely devoted to her clients is a top priority, and the love of helping others is what motivates her the most.

As a kid in the foster system I learned nothing comes easy. If you want something, you bust your ass to get it. That's been my life story. As a young mom with a severely handicapped child, I hustled. As a mom of four and a serial entrepreneur, I hustled. I learned how to work smarter and harder every year, and earned the respect of my peers and clients along the way.

Katy Is Where I Love to Be

I went the long way around, through New Jersey, Florida, and Canada, and finally landed here, where I belong. You'll see me hanging around Old Katy all the time. It's my favorite spot. I now have two Katy Tigers (which is where a huge chunk of my time and money goes these days) and one college student at SFA. I never want to leave this town.

When the hurricane hit I was able to put my fundraising skills to work for the city I love. In a matter of days I had raised over $20,000 for locals who lost everything, and I was here handing out gift cards to people who needed them. It was a devastating time, but it was also one of those moments when I felt like a real Katy native.

Online Marketing Is My Turf

Twenty years ago, when digital marketing became an item, I was already on top of it. I've won awards for digital marketing. I've given over 200 conference presentations across North America to teach others about digital marketing. I built a thriving company on digital marketing. After twenty years of that, I got interested in real estate. I founded Audrey Micah Investments and started purchasing property in Katy. Houston, Texas is a great place to live and work, which is why Caryn Craig chose to call it home when she moved here in 2003! Caryn has been working as a small business owner, operating bars, nightclubs and restaurants for the past 15 years. Caryn previously worked in the real estate industry from 2005-2010, predominately with New Home Builders until 2007. Wanting to do more to help her clients, she became a licensed Realtor during that year. Voted Business Woman of the Year by Outsmart magazine for 11 years in a row, Caryn has owned and operated 10 small businesses in the Houston area over the last 15 years. She boasts a Masters of Business Administration in Strategic Management from the University of Houston-Victoria and a Bachelor of Science from Shenandoah University in Arts Administration-Dance.

Caryn is currently the President of the Fleetwood Property Owners Association. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and holds a board position with the Barkers Landing Barracudas Swim Team. In the past Caryn was actively involved in the West Houston Aquatics League as a League Representative for four years and was the President of the Calumet Drive Lofts Townhome Association for six years.
