Born in Wharton, Texas I was raised in Fort Bend Co. Coming from a large family my parent taught me the importance of respect for people and the value of hard work. Every job, no matter the size, and every person you work for deserves 110%. This is a motto I live by and has defined my character. I have been spend much of my time exploring Houston/surrounding areas and meeting it's people. The architecture, the restaurants, the museums, the culture and the nightlife. I spend a good deal of my time inside the loop but on any given weekend I can be found anywhere from Katy to Baytown and Conroe to Galveston. Over the past 15 years I have come to realize what "community" means. I have been a volunteer with the American Cancer Society planning Relay For Life Events in Fort Bend Co, and Montrose. I have educated volunteers on local, state and national levels. I am also a volunteer with Pride Houston.

I am currently President of the Needville Education Foundation which raises money for award grants to assist teachers in purchasing educational resources for their classrooms.

Married for 26 years, my husband Kent & I have lived in Fort Bend County for the past 21 years. With 3 children, one of our sons is married & we have two grandsons. We are so excited to be welcoming another daughter-in-law by 2025! Our youngest is in high school & we enjoy supporting them in all their activities from rock climbing, to dance. I enjoy reading, learning/studying the latest trends in real estate, spending time with family and friends, and serving at our church!
