Tina Schroeter began her career in Real Estate in 2008. As a top producer, she has represented numerous buyers and sellers. Prior to obtaining her Real Estate License, Tina was a small business owner, a teacher and most importantly the mother of three daughters. Her oldest is a 2004 Texas A&M graduate, her middle daughter graduated from U of H and her youngest is currently a Junior at Texas A&M. She is also the proud grandmother of three.

After nearly 30 years in Facilities and Project Management, Shane Schroeter joined Tina as her licensed assistant and business partner in 2016. With his knowledge of construction and project management, and Tina's knowledge and experience in Real Estate, they quickly matured into the perfect partnership and Real Estate Team. Tina and Shane work extremely well together and both have a passion for interior design and an eye for detail. They have a unique ability to see the potential in every home.

Shane is the father of three, his oldest son is studying at Lone Star College in Cypress. His daughter is currently a freshman at Blinn College in Bryan with hopes of becoming an Aggie and his youngest son is a Sophomore in High School with plans to attend Blinn College and Texas A&M as well.

The Schroeters serve clients in Northwest Harris and Waller Counties and as residence of Bryan, they can also help people achieve their goals of home ownership in Bryan-College Station and the surrounding communities.

As a young girl, I fell in love with Waller County, its traditions, culture, community, and the amazing pink sunsets! I now live in Waller with my husband and two boys. We love to play outside and go camping every chance we get. My Real Estate journey began in 2020 when my mother started her brokerage, Hegemeyer Realty & Associates. I studied and received my Real Estate license in June of 2020 and I have loved this industry ever since. I am passionate about serving others and promoting my community.
