After retiring from over 36 years of teaching throughout Houston, I wanted to utilize my skills of communication, organization and tenacity to help others in a new way. So I chose real estate!


As a constant learner, I pursue training and continuing education to stay up-to-date on the ever-changing real estate industry so I can better serve my clients, community and my team.





I have been married to my best friend for over 30 years, and we raised 2 wonderful children in Pearland, Clear Lake and Seabrook areas. I love to volunteer and give back to various organizations in the community including: UBC vacation Bible school, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Kim's Furever Homes and Adoptions, and Ranger's Reach.

Team Manager for the Ellis-Nabors team, Karen serves as the hub that makes the team function smoothly and efficiently in the office. She is a licensed agent, and with her 10-year background in Human Resources and 3 years in Property Management this enables her to interact with clients in a professional, yet congenial manner. Karen, a native Houstonian and her family have lived in Cypress since 1995 and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of over 30 years, dreaming of interior decorating and reading. She has two grown children, Ashley, an escrow officer in the Houston and Mason, a Project Manager at a commercial construction company in Houston.

Tammy is a passionate real estate agent who obtained her license at 18 and has held it for 22 years. She fulfilled her dream of becoming a business owner before following her heart back to real estate. Tammy and her husband have five children, and she is passionate about faith, family, and volunteering. She believes in giving back to the community and building lasting relationships with her clients.
