Shana Conner is a native Houstonian. As a way to combine her two greatest passions - helping others and real estate she became a REALTOR in 2014.

She earned a Bachelor's & Master's degree in Accounting from Prairie View A&M University. She began her career as an Accountant but later decided to make a career change to follow her dream & in her family's footsteps in investing & owning real estate. Her knowledge regarding current real estate market trends and her unmatched negotiation skills makes her an irreplaceable resource to her clients.

Since moving to Houston in 2007, I have worked diligently to learn the local market, and have developed great contacts that I am able to leverage to assist the buyer/seller/investor in all of their real estate needs.Outside of my work as a professional realtor, I actively invest in real estate. I currently have a portfolio of eleven (14) homes that I lease in the greater Houston market. I enjoy working with investors and helping them find the "great deal" that will work for them.
