Chay LeUnes is a 1989 graduate of Texas A&M University and a 1993 graduate of St. Mary's Law School. He is a licensed Broker and Attorney. He advises people with real estate needs and sells real estate throughout greater Houston. In addition to his extensive experience in real estate law and sales, he has taught college courses in real estate law, agency and fiduciary issues for over 20 years. 

I am passionate about real estate and love every aspect of buying and selling homes for my clients. I've been an airline pilot for many years and have spent more nights sleeping in hotel rooms than I have in my own bed. That experience has definitely taught me is how important it is to have a place to call your own, a place to come home to. I've lived in Houston for over 34 years, volunteered for many years in Cy Fair ISD, and am now enjoying the empty-nester life! Jeffrey Gill is an active Realtor® in the Houston Market with over 20-years' of real estaate experience. He holds an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce, in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Operations and Management from Golden Gate University,

Jeff holds a Project Management Professional Certification, and is a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success, Phi Kappa Phi (the nation's oldest, largest, and most selective honor society for all academic disciplines), and Beta Gamma Sigma (the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive). Jeffrey also holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, having been a full-time airline pilot prior to getting into real estate.

Jeff's experience in real estate as an agent, loan officer, project director, and owner of several real estate franchises employing hundreds of agents ensures that he has seen it all from the boom of the late '90s to the bust of the Great Recession to the current nationwide real estate recovery. Jeffrey has lived the ups and downs of both buyers' and sellers' markets here and abroad for the past two decades.

In the Houston Metro Area, he is currently specializing in Seller Financing, Lease-to-Own, and other creative solutions to help both buyers and sellers succeed in any market. Being completely bilingual, working with Spanish speaking clients and helping to bridge the language and culture gap between English-speakers in the U.S., and the rest of Latin America is another of his specialties.

Jeffrey's hobbies include flying, competitive sports such as tennis and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and most of all, family time with his wife Claudia, his three beautiful daughters, Paula, Megan, and Madeline, and Archie and Triton, the family pets.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I am a lifelong Texan, born in San Antonio, but raised in the small town of Floresville where I met my high school sweetheart and husband, Chris. We moved to Houston after I graduated college and both started our brand new careers and lives in the big city! After a few years, we moved to Cypress and had our two children. Our lives are wrapped around watching them play baseball and volleyball, spending time with our families and friends and, when we can, going to the lake, beach or anywhere we can go together!

After working as an Accountant in the oil and gas industry for 18 years (15 years as a Tax Accountant), I decided it was time to take the plunge and follow my true passion. Not only has this been the best decision I ever could have made because of all of the wonderful people I have had the opportunity to meet; it has also provided me with a sense of fulfillment because I can help my clients fulfill their home buying or selling dreams.
