My name is Jennifer Rodriguez-Walker, Real Estate professional for Walzel Properties, LLC, once Texas Home Group Realtors. I enjoy both positions as a Buyer and Seller's Agent and also have experience as a Relocation Specialist. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother of 8 and I absolutely love my hometown of Houston since I have lived in the suburbs, Spring/Woodlands area, since 1978. I have witnessed the growth of this beautiful city and am very familiar with the history here.

In the 1990's I began this journey by answering phones and assisting realtors, in a local real estate office. I fell in love with the process as I watched transactions come together and even fall apart. After getting married and having children I decided to join the team per say and became a realtor! I have had the pleasure of meeting so many families and assisting them in making the biggest decision of their lives, purchasing a home and I don't take that lightly. I have also had experience working with Dwellworks Relocation and their Oil and Gas clients, relocating internationally to the Houston and surrounding areas. Welcoming ex-pats into the states has been a very special position for me as they are so new to our country. It has been my heart to build trust with my clients as quickly as possible so they have full confidence in my loyalty to them to get the job done efficiently!

After college, Kim moved around the country with her husband and three children, calling The Woodlands home for over 25 years. She loves all that Houston has to offer! Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kim worked as a substitute teacher in the Conroe Independent School District, as well as a Faith Formation teacher in her church. Over the years, Kim has volunteered her time with school and philanthropic organizations. She has participated in half-marathons and works out at Orange Theory. Kim enjoys entertaining and cooking. Bob & Shelly Atteberry are excited about their Real Estate journey. Shelly retired after 38 years of working at the Federal Reserve in Houston, spending most of her time in cash operations. Bob retired after 32 years in Education, of which the last 20 were spent as Head Principal.
