Born and raised in New Caney, Bre discovered her passion for real estate at a young age. After completing high school, she joined RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring as a receptionist, quickly advancing to embrace diverse responsibilities in areas such as accounting, agent services, and general administration. Throughout this time, Bre continued her education at Sam Houston State University, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in political science with a focus on legal studies.

Working at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring provided an excellent platform for Bre to hone her real estate skills and gather valuable experience. In 2021, the organization was acquired by RE/MAX ONE and rebranded as RE/MAX ONE - The Woodlands & Spring. Bre accepted a new opportunity in June 2023 to become the Director of Development for the Woodlands & Spring office, responsible for facilitating and implementing the RE/MAX ONE Complete Agent Development Program. This program is a turnkey, proprietary system designed for agents to plug into their businesses and achieve success.

Suzette Vichich is a resident and real estate agent in the Lake Conroe area who is building her business based on honesty, integrity and determination. Suzette specializes in homes in the Lake Conroe community. She will employ Caldwell Bankers cutting edge technology to analyze pricing and property trends. When working with sellers, Suzette creates a comprehensive marketing plan and uses her experience with staging and curb appeal to show each home to its full potential at open houses and across all major online platforms. Using these resources, Suzette is able to help sellers get top return on their investments and find buyers the home of their dreams. Before entering real estate, Suzette graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor's degree in education. She then became an elementary school teacher and later joined the church staff as the Campus Pastor's Assistant at her family's home church of 18 years. Suzette and her husband, Bobby, live in Woodforest. Since joining the Montgomery community, Suzette has become an active member and volunteer at Restoration Church where she founded a new marriage ministry with her husband. In her spare time, Suzette enjoys trips to College Station to cheer on her Aggie football and baseball teams, snow skiing and traveling with her husband and two adult children, and most of all, spending time out on the lake with her family and "fur babies". Renee Lacey-Carantza has lived and worked in Montgomery and Harris County for most of her life. She has deep roots in the community, being a fourth generation Houstonian who grew up on the north side. Renee is a licensed architect and has added another credential by becoming a licensed realtor. This creates a unique perspective and knowledge base that she provides to her clients, adding another layer when clients need help evaluating a home, land, lot site, building plans, or new construction. I enjoy helping people see the opportunities and possibilities of any potential home or property. My love of design and detail is something I enjoy sharing with others. My real estate journey began in 2009 in Houston, TX and I am honored to have helped many along the way. Prior to that, I've worked in the Oil Field in Business Development & Procurement and was also a Veterinary Technician. The opportunities I had in the Oil Field were wonderful and I was on a great career path, but the feeling I had after closing my first client on their first home was more gratifying. My journey in life is to make a difference and to help others and with Real Estate I can do that. I am also extremely passionate about animal rescue. I am the founder of Paw Huggers Animal Rescue and we do a lot of community outreach in hopes of educating the public on proper pet care. We often focus on rescuing pets that are critical or special needs as we know not everyone is prepared to take on that level of commitment.
