Get to know Deborah Phillips: I am a native Texan, I was born in San Antonio, TX. My Parents were both Educators-(A Math Teacher & A History Teacher/Football Coach/Administrator) We moved to the Houston Area in 1980. I grew up in North Houston and graduated from Spring H.S. & Texas A&M University. I worked in Corporate America for many yrs doing IT Recruiting/Sales & Microsoft Consulting Svcs/HR Consulting Svcs before becoming a Mother to 3 precious daughters. I stayed home for a few years while the girls were babies and then moved into Real Estate once they were all in school full time. My Husband & I have been together for 20 and married 17 yrs in May. We moved our family to Magnolia,TX in May of 2013 and plan to raise our girls here:) I love Real Estate and serving & giving back to the Community. I am a proud granddaughter of a Veteran. My mission is to Honor God & Serve Others so I have chosen to give back a portion of my commission to all of my Patriot Buyers and Sellers. Bobbie Persky has been a Texas REALTOR® since 2007, proudly representing buyers and sellers in the Greater Houston Area, encompassing seven counties' real estate markets. Bobbie is a native Houstonian, where she has lived for over 50 years, watching it grow into a vibrant, diverse community where she raised three daughters.

After working in the legal sector for over 30 years, she returned to college in 2006 to pursue an Associate Degree in Real Estate from San Jacinto College, where she was voted Outstanding Real Estate Student of the Year. She continued her education by earning numerous Designations.

During her career, Bobbie has been active in various organizations in the real estate community, including serving as Secretary of the Women's Council of REALTORS Lake Houston Chapter, member of the Houston Association of REALTORS Education Committee, member of the Greater East Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and an associate member of the Greater Houston Builders Association. She achieved the Houston Association of REALTORS Top 100 Producers in 2010 and first quarter of 2011. In 2013, Bobbie earned her Brokers License.

Wide experience in the residential real estate industry, including extensive knowledge of new construction homes, gives Amber Crawford a decided advantage when representing sellers and buyers. Amber worked in builder sales for 20 years where she developed a trained eye for construction quality and a good understanding of the types of products used in new-home construction.

Amber works with sellers and buyers at all price levels and in every stage of their lives, from first-time homebuyers to luxury clients to relocation transferees to down-sizing empty-nesters. "I love the diversity," Amber says. "I care about my clients and work hard to educate them on the process so that they feel empowered. Volunteer commitments for Amber include the American Heart Association, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Rotary The Woodlands, and her local PTA. I am a firm believer in 'give where you live' and I do it because it feels right, she says. Business happens organically when you do the right thing.

Originally from a small town outside of Austin, Texas, Amber has been a Houstonian since 1990. She and her daughter reside in The Woodlands area and love being a part of the community. When time permits, Amber enjoys reading, live music and beach time.

Kelly earned a BBA in economics from The University of Texas at Austin and has three wonderful children whom she regards as her proudest achievements. When not working, Kelly enjoys travel, reading, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
