Tyler Culliver is a Realtor at RE/MAX The Woodlands & Spring. Tyler's main focus is to provide his clients with professionalism and a wonderful experience buying, selling, or leasing their next home. Suzette Vichich is a resident and real estate agent in the Lake Conroe area who is building her business based on honesty, integrity and determination. She then became an elementary school teacher and later joined the church staff as the Campus Pastor's Assistant at her family's home church of 18 years. Suzette and her husband, Bobby, live in Woodforest. Since joining the Montgomery community, Suzette has become an active member and volunteer at Restoration Church where she founded a new marriage ministry with her husband. In her spare time, Suzette enjoys trips to College Station to cheer on her Aggie football and baseball teams, snow skiing and traveling with her husband and two adult children, and most of all, spending time out on the lake with her family and "fur babies". Get to know Deborah Phillips: I am a native Texan, I was born in San Antonio, TX. My Parents were both Educators-(A Math Teacher & A History Teacher/Football Coach/Administrator) We moved to the Houston Area in 1980. I grew up in North Houston and graduated from Spring H.S. & Texas A&M University. I worked in Corporate America for many yrs doing IT Recruiting/Sales & Microsoft Consulting Svcs/HR Consulting Svcs before becoming a Mother to 3 precious daughters. I stayed home for a few years while the girls were babies and then moved into Real Estate once they were all in school full time. My Husband & I have been together for 20 and married 17 yrs in May. We moved our family to Magnolia,TX in May of 2013 and plan to raise our girls here:) I love Real Estate and serving & giving back to the Community. I am a proud granddaughter of a Veteran. My mission is to Honor God & Serve Others so I have chosen to give back a portion of my commission to all of my Patriot Buyers and Sellers.
