With a degree in nursing, a minor in hospital management, and years of work as a nurse and a hospital administrator, Alexis accrued many of the traits that are hallmarks of a successful real estate professional: being detail-oriented, organized, a good communicator, and able to oversee the administration of large-scale projects. Her first real estate experience buying her first home left her dissatisfied. She felt as if she was just a number and a check to the real estate agent.
