Greg Holcombe is a licensed professional realtor whose goal is to provide customer service that is worthy of your trust. His expertise include buying or selling homes, farms, ranches, commercial properties, as well as representing developers, investors and tenants in a wide variety of real estate transactions across Texas.

He is a knowledgeable, personable, efficient and economically responsible agent with solutions to each client's real estate needs. He will create an action plan to fit each client's current situation, needs and goals. Greg has nearly 30 years experience in a combination of homebuilding and real estate transactions, which include custom building, residential sales, project analysis, foreclosures/rehab projects, historic renovation, ranch/agriculture, site selection, design and development, leasing/property management and construction.

His sales experience consists of family homes, 3000 acre operating ranches, urban horse farms, estates, free-standing retail, new construction custom family homes, small shopping centers, office buildings, a variety of commercial/industrial properties, waterfront homes, and multi-family housing.

Greg is a member of the Houston Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Texas Association of Realtors. Knowing that economic development is important to our growing community, Greg holds a position on the advisory board and is also a founder of the Magnolia Parkway Chamber of Commerce. He also holds the county judge appointed position of President for the Emergency Service District Montgomery County #3 Board.

Along with the committees he serves on, he also devotes time volunteering for several 501c3 organizations. The first being Texans United For Freedom (TUFF), which benefits veterans and their families. Greg serves as President and one of the original founding members. The second volunteer organization is the Montgomery County Fair Association which is a scholarship program for students with or without fair projects. After continuous years of volunteer service the fair association has awarded him with the status of being a Lifetime Member.

Having spent a significant period of time as a successful detail-oriented executive assistant, I made the transition to licensed Realtor in 2005 in Lansing, Michigan where I served both buyers and sellers, acted as property management for several multi-unit apartment complexes and privately owned properties, and assisted the broker/builder in the various tasks associated with bringing "new builds' to market. After relocating to Texas, I remained on the periphery of the industry as an unlicensed assistant in the field while also working in the educational system as I focused with my husband on raising a family. With our children grown, I am getting back into the game and am now able to devote myself fully to the needs and desires of my clients. I bring my considerable experience and attention to detail to bear on the task of ensuring my clients receive the quality, luxury experience they deserve in the pursuit of their real estate dreams.

Heather Leidelmeyer is a Real Estate investment specialist who has proven experience in acquisitions, rehabbing and property management. She knows how to assess properties needing repairs, determine the costs to make improvements and get a property ready for a thorough preinspection – a skill at which she excels. Honest, responsive, and hardworking with a focus on the commercial and luxury markets, Heather takes the time to get to know her clients and find out what matters most to them so that she can keep their best interests at heart throughout their transactions.

Before becoming a Realtor, Heather owned a hospitality sales firm for 11 years where she worked with architects and designers in making design decisions on a large scale. She gained the ability to listen to her customers and to address their wants with the appropriate solutions. She learned how to stage properties from working with designers which benefits her clients and gives her an advantage over other Realtors. Later she worked for one of the nation's leading property investment firms. She was the Houston market team leader who was responsible for helping acquire properties, supervising rehabs, and overseeing all management of the properties for the firm's individual investors.

Born in Kansas, Heather has lived in Houston most of her life. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Her love for Real Estate began when she worked with a commercial investor and developer when she was in high school. In college, she took Real Estate courses and worked for a commercial property management firm. She officially joined the industry when her husband opened a property management company based in The Woodlands and has benefited from the advice of her mother-in-law who is a successful Real Estate investor.

Heather and her husband reside in Magnolia, Texas with their active teenage daughter and son. She spends most of her free time attending sporting events and cherishing family time.
