I have come to the real estate industry with diverse experience, which is a great attribute to my real estate career. My previous background saw me spent 20 years as a police officer in Canada which helps me to communicate and build solid relationships with all types of people. Following policing, I spent another 19 years in the Oil and Gas industry, 13 of which were spent as a Project Manager, managing and running multi-million-dollar subsea projects.

My wife Barbie and I have owned a successful Home-Staging business (Simple Solutions Home Staging) in the Greater Houston area for the past 5 years. This allows me the opportunity to provide more to my clients by way of staging and preparing properties for sale than most! I honestly know what it takes to sell homes by creating an emotional connection with potential buyers due to our home-staging business. I offer a multitude of services for both occupied and vacant homes!

On a personal note, I have been married for 30 years and we have 2 boys aged 27 and 25 years old. We relocated to Houston 15 years ago from Canada and we love this city and what it has to offer.

HOBBIES: I previously played professional baseball in the Montreal Expos organization and I have a passion for all sports including hockey, football, baseball, skiing and golf.

Hello, my name is Cobbe King-Davis and I would personally like to thank you for visiting my web page. I am originally from the Houston Metropolitan area where I was a graduate of Humble High School. My accomplishments have been playing collegiate football for the University of Oregon State and getting my real estate license. My hobbies are crossfit, searching the Internet, and spending time with my family. The company I have established a business relationship with is JLA REALTY in Humble, Texas. I am a proud Houston native; growing up about 2 miles Northeast of Downtown, my drive and determination to succeed was evident at such a young age. Although living within a poverty-stricken environment I was determined to be successful despite my circumstances. Afforded the opportunity to be bussed to the best schools in Houston fueled my future aspirations providing me with an outlook into different environments and areas in Houston.


After serving the Education Industry for 12 years, I decided to transition into the field of Real Estate. As an educator, I was able to service communities by providing academic support to children from various ages and backgrounds.
