New Jersey Native, Anjanette Stehlgens grew up at the shore area in Seaside Park, NJ. Prior to her career in real estate, Anjanette spent a majority of her adult career in the sales side of the medical field. Hi, I'm Margaret Nimitz. I grew up on a farm in central Illinois but I've been a resident of Texas for the last 23 years and in Cleveland Texas for the last 15 years.

I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and family. My kids are active in motocross and you can find them on a dirt bike most any day of the week! My husband and I are their biggest fans.

My experience prior to real estate was in the travel industry and in office management with a financial investment firm. I enjoy getting to know people and learning about what's important to them. I especially like to partner with individuals and families to help reach their real estate goals.
