Prior to following her passion and transitioning into residential real estate, Tamara handled marketing for a medical office for several years, an experience she credits with teaching her the importance of market trends, consumer understanding and organization. Community is important to Tamara and she lends her time on the welcoming committee for her neighborhood. I want my neighborhood to have a great sense of community, she says. It's so important for neighbors to meet and get to know each other. Married with two teenage boys and a five year old, Tamara enjoys spending time with her family, writing, hiking/kayaking and anything outdoors.

Pamela Rains has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Waco, Texas. Just like her hometown received a big overhaul by Chip and Joanna Gaines, her career also became a Fixer Upper in 2016 and prompted a transition from corporate sales and marketing for a national grocery product manufacturing company into real estate. Pam's corporate career enjoyed massive success where she individually increased outside sales for the company from 4% of revenue in 2005 to 48% of revenue in 2016. Pam's sales prowess and expertise blossomed exponentially until she was ultimately named as Top Woman in Grocery from the Progressive Grocers Magazine in 2013, a coveted recognition in the grocery industry. In 2016 life changed. That's the year Pam learned she was going to be a grandmother! With this new exciting role, Pam jumped at the opportunity to transition into a more flexible career at the same time as exploring the world of real estate that she had loved for so long. Since 2016, Pam built on her corporate sales experience and developed a network of real estate brokers and clients across East Texas. She has found so much pride in helping her clients find their forever homes! Since moving to Montgomery, Texas in 2020 Pam has focused on enjoying life's simple pleasures, playing golf with her husband Jerry and spoiling her grandchildren.
