They lived there for four years before returning to Montgomery County in 2015. While in Singapore, Rachel discovered her love of travel. She was fortunate enough to visit Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and Malaysia and cannot wait to expand her travels. She worked as a teacher before becoming a residential real estate agent. Thus, she is willing to go the extra mile to ensure that her clients understand the process of buying and selling. When she has a break from work, Rachel enjoys golfing, cooking, travelling and spending time with her husband and four children.

I grew up in Slovenia, daughter of a producing vintner. I moved to San Francisco as a young adult, where I apprenticed and worked in kitchen design. A Houston resident for 26 years, I've been working in real estate for 15 years as an independent business owner with a specialty in interior design and home staging. I purchased, remodeled and sold numerous Houston homes, tending personally to all details from structural repairs to aesthetic finish. Crystal knows first-hand how to address challenges. At age 32 she was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. She states "never did I think I would get through it. Shaving my head was my first realization of what journey I was about to start. Chemo was one of the hardest things I have ever had to overcome in my life. It shut my body down and took me away from being a mother to my two girls. It completely changed my life and how I go about everything today.

I completed Chemo on November 1, 2016 and had a double mastectomy on December 1, 2016. By then my cancer was gone! I was in remission but my journey continued with radiation until May. In July 2017 I finished the last maintenance chemo and am presently cancer free. If I can beat this nasty disease, I can do anything I put my mind to! I am stronger now than I have ever been and will push myself to achieve any goal I am given.

Crystal is a very devoted wife and mother who is involved in her children's schools and serves as a TAV Volleyball Club mom. When time allows, she enjoys sporting events and vacationing with her family.

Monica has lived in Texas the majority of her life. Monica grew up in Dallas where she started her love in Real Estate. Monica worked in property management for 6 years, loved it so much, she started real estate school. During that time her husband, James, transferred their family to Houston for his job in the oil and gas industry. As they settled down Monica then continued to finish Real Estate school. When Monica isn't working she stays busy with their son, Kaden, and all his activities. From being on the PTO board at his school, on the NCFL board for his football, team mom in football as well as soccer, and making sure he is well suited up when he decides to go off and ride his dirt bike. Their family enjoys going to Colorado through out the year. In the winter Monica skis, and James and Kaden snowboard. In the summer they enjoy white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, and going to the skatepark.
