With seller the property needs to be aggressively advertised for the most exposure. Rightly so. My emphasis on privately representing a buyer is to find the property that meets their needs. I have seen in many cases where private business transactions were successfully closed to the benefit of both parties and keeping them private was definitely in the best interest of both parties. Pamela Rains has been passionate about real estate since her earliest years growing up in Waco, Texas.
