Prior to my career in real estate, I spent seven years selling insurance, gaining invaluable experience in sales and customer service. I also pursued an AA in Business, which has been instrumental in managing my real estate business effectively. My favorite accolade, however, is the number of previous clients who have trusted me to help them buy or sell multiple homes over the years. As a permanent resident of the Lake Conroe area for nearly 40 years, Heather intrinsically understands the unique value of lakeside real estate, and can appreciate the real joys in living, working, and playing in the beautiful Lake Conroe playground she proudly calls "home"! She has always had a passion for homes and architecture, a talent for marketing, and a love of working with people… so real estate seemed like the natural thing to do. Before becoming a Realtor, Heather handled branding and marketing for Lake Conroe's premier real estate development, Bentwater on Lake Conroe, as well as multiple hotel and resort properties in the Lake Conroe area. The invaluable experience this provided created a perfect platform for combining cutting edge marketing tools with her natural gift for creative advertising.

Heather is also a graduate of Texas Tech University with a bachelor's degree in marketing. She proudly volunteers as a Court Appointed Child Advocate through CASA of Montgomery County, and is the mother of a Montgomery firefighter/EMT for which she could not be more proud! In her free time, you can find Heather enjoying time on or around Lake Conroe with her wonderful husband and two spoiled dogs, and helping her neighbors, friends, and special clients attain their home ownership dreams!

I am a native Houstonian who has lived in several suburbs surrounding Houston. After working as a stay-at-home mom for many years, I had the opportunity to pursue a career outside of the home. I've always had an interest in housing market trends, property acquisition, and the building process. Combining that with my vast knowledge of Houston and the surrounding areas, real estate became a perfect career choice.

I bring unique skills and a business mindset to real estate due to earlier work experience. I have worked in claims for a major insurance company, co-owned a small material handling business, and worked as an administrative assistant in Marketing and Accounting for a prominent oil company. These opportunities afforded me the chance to connect with people near and far.

I am a very detail-oriented person, and it is imperative that I market your property effectively. My goal is to gain abundant exposure and sell as quickly as possible. Outside of work, I am a member of my son's junior high PTO and the Band Boosters. In my free time I love being outdoors! I enjoy biking, jogging, and boating & fishing with my family.
