I have been blessed to call the Conroe area home for over 15 years. Throughout the years, I have been an advocate for various people during challenging times in their lives. Working with others through various challenges is one of my passions. Because of my experiences, I will partner with you as you navigate the home buying or selling process. I can be counted on to guide you through the various steps involved, and will be in your corner throughout the entire process.

In addition to advocating for and helping others, I have partnered with my husband in managing all aspects of a family-owned business, with multiple employees. I created many new systems to which allowed the business run more efficiently. More recently, I had the privilege of working with a local custom home builder. I worked with clients throughout the construction process to see their dreams of a new home come to life. During this time, I also earned my Bachelor's Degree from Sam Houston State University. It was after these events, I realized my heart is not only in helping others, but also working in the home and real estate field where I am able to combine both my skills and passions.

When I'm not helping clients, I enjoy tending to my chickens, spending time with my family, and working alongside my husband of 40 years on our own homestead.

Katie Brannon joined the MHW team as Senior Director. She brings over 30 years of sales, marketing, and project management experience across a variety of industries, including software, real estate, insurance, retail, and hospitality, along with close to eight years as a top producer in Luxury Residential. Katie's experience, knowledge, and attention to detail have made for a smooth transition into the commercial segment, while she continues to serve her residential clients. She is a trusted advisor and her focus is her clients' goals. Katie moved to Montgomery County in 1971, and enjoys both her deep ties in the community and building new relationships.

I have been a licensed Realtor since 2022 and specialize in residential sales in Conroe, Willis, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Woodforest and Montgomery County. Before becoming a realtor, I was a supervisor with HEB for nine years, where I honed my customer care skills. Prior to that, I was in the real estate industry working for new home builders and as a Marketing Manager for an independent escrow company. I am an Accredited Buyers Representative and earned my certification in Short Sales and Foreclosures. I represent both buyers and sellers enabling me to see both sides of a transaction and be a good negotiator. I have consistently been a top producer at my offices and have worked with many repeat clients. I love being a real estate agent and helping my clients achieve their dreams and goals.
