After an exciting career as a public servant in the local government of Harris County, I decided what better way to serve than, by helping my clients to realize their dream of homeownership. Building Wealth through homeownership is my tag line because it's true. I did not say a get rich scheme but slowly building wealth while paying for your own home. In addition, I love seeing that look of pride, satisfaction, and joy on the face of a new homeowner.

With a background in digital marketing and a Masters of Business Administration Degree, I am able to bring holistic strategy to the table when working with buyers and sellers. I have an eye for detail, a creative vision others cannot organically see, and a solid understanding of digital marketing trends that allows me to target the right market and attract the perfect buyer. With my keen sense of each client's need and desire, I employ negotiation as a strong tactic that produces the best deal possible. When assisting buyers, I understand the necessity of grasping exactly where my clients are in the journey of purchasing a home. Discerning how many homes they have owned in the past serves a guideline for the language I use and how to explain contracts and the additional steps. Being a single, first-time homeowner myself, I can relate to my clients and show a strong sense of empathy. Open communication is foremost in the process of finding the right home. Listing your home with me you can expect honesty, transparency, attention to detail, strategic thinking, timelines, setting of expectations, and a clear goal. A seamless experience is created for my clients when selling or purchasing a home. Extremely organized, I am aware of what a major part preparation plays in the success of any deal brokered, and I am hands-on regarding every step of a transaction. I will not rest until I know my client is happy. That means they have all the information I can give them, I leave no room for unanswered questions, they understand the next steps and timelines, and I make sure they feel heard and valued. I am fighter! Previous professional experience includes education (pre-k and kindergarten art), search engine optimization, direct sales, event sales, and digital marketing account management.
