Meet The Owner Joe Garcia It all started when Joe was working for a local real estate investor. He had to know how he was able to purchase so many houses. He quickly learned about passive income through rental property and was instantly hooked on real estate. Joe started as an individual agent but was quickly thrown to the wolves by joining a Top Producing Team. Together with that team there were many victories as well as lessons learned. With a decade plus of construction experience, Joe is able to inform his clients about any potential issues that may come up.

I am a native Houstonian, and except for the time I spent obtaining my Bachelor's Degree from Texas A&M University, Houston has always been my home. I have worked as a public servant, contributed to the start-up and operation of my husband's Remodeling and Home Repair business, worked in the finance industry, and with a VA and FHA construction loan program. I can relate to stay-at-home moms, first time home buyers, land investors, landlords, house rehabbers, and self-employed people because I have walked a mile in all those shoes. Helping people secure homes where they enjoy their families or work spaces where they realize their professional vision excites me, and I am committed to serving every client in a spirit of excellence.

The main reason I became a Real Estate Broker is because I love working with people! In addition to selling homes, I teach elementary school and have taught for the past 26 years. Even though I adore teaching children, real estate is my passion. I enjoy helping individuals and families find a home that fits both their budget and their lifestyle. As a homeowner, I understand the daunting task of buying or selling a house. Therefore, it is my goal to make the entire process as easy and enjoyable as possible. My primary focus for the past 23 years has been selling and leasing Memorial and Galleria condominiums, but I also have had great success selling and leasing homes and townhomes on the north, west, northeast, and southwest sides of the city.
