Amanda started her career as a Semper Fit trainer for the U.S. Marine Corp in Jacksonville NC and then as Director of Fitness for Georgia Training Alliance in Atlanta, GA where she trained some of the top athletes in NFL and college football. While working in the professional sports arena where players are constantly moving and traveling for work, Amanda also developed a niche she would later realize was a genuine passion while helping some of her NFL clients search for the best homes and neighborhoods to get their families settled into the city she had grown to know so well.

After retiring from training in 2014, she moved to Houston and started a family. Over the next few years Amanda took her entrepreneurial spirit and love of helping others find their perfect home to the world of real estate, taking it a step further by becoming a REALTOR. Amanda relies on her natural ability to genuinely connect with her clients and listen to their needs while executing their vision, along with her knowledge and passion for the business to help guide them through what is often one of the most costly transactions their family will ever make. Amanda is a single mom to two adorable sons. She is still an avid fitness fanatic who enjoys spending time anywhere outside with her boys, riding roller coasters at amusement parks, spending whole days at the beach and going on new adventures.

Fabia Hill has successfully been in Real Estate for 7 years, both as an investor and as a Realtor®. Known for going the extra mile to get things done for her clients, Fabia stays current on the ever-changing market through daily monitoring and research. She is proud to specialize in Braeswood Place (which includes the subdivisions Ayrshire, Braes Heights, Braes Oaks, Braes Manor, Braes Terrace, Emerald Forest, and Southern Oaks). Originally from Zurich, Switzerland, Fabia has called Houston home for more than 10 years, and Texas for more than 19 years. After graduating from Stephen F Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and working at Credit Suisse for a couple of years she devoted well over a decade to being a stay-at-home mom while keeping the books for her husband's business before venturing into Real Estate. Fabia is heavily involved in the Houston community and her neighborhood associations as well as her children's schools. Past volunteer commitments include the chairing of the International Festival at Mark Twain Elementary, distributing monthly HOA newsletters on foot, and serving lunches at the Church in the Center. Present commitments include volunteering in the West University Baptist Church Wednesday night program, being on the worship team, the childcare team and the greeter team at the Church in the Center, as well as being the National Night Out Chair for the Braeswood Place Homeowner's Association.
