He moved to The Woodlands, Texas in 2015 from Michigan. He has surrounded himself with leading real estate professionals who have motivated him to pursue a career in this arena.

Ethan has been involved in multiple real estate acquisitions. He is the landlord of a rental property in College Station that has low tenant turnover, and is a founding member of a private real estate investment group.

Before joining Black Label, Ethan helped superintend commercial development projects with Stratton Development and Construction.
