Native Houstonian Ashley Forrest transitioned into residential real estate sales from a successful background in business, marketing, and branding in the natural foods industry. Ashley led marketing for a national, upscale natural and organic foods store where she led multiple teams, supported sales initiatives, and built and nurtured partnerships with the community. Ashley is married, and enjoys life with her husband, daughters, son, and three dogs. She and her husband have enjoyed substantially remodeling each of their personal homes, and in her spare time she enjoys road trips, antiquing, cooking, and entertaining friends.

Kristian is a real estate professional with CB&A, Realtors. She was recently awarded the Houston Association of Realtors Top 20 Agents Under 40 in 2019 and founded Hurley Homes Realty Group In 2021.

A graduate from the University of Houston, Kristian earned a BA in Marketing. She went on to work in customer service for eight years and acquired excellent communication and interpersonal skills, which taught her how to identify with clients and how to develop lasting relationships with them. She strives to provide the best service a realtor possibly can by keeping up-to-date with current market trends, learning new technology, and continuing her education.
