Born in California and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, before relocating to Houston during his high school years, Carlos has always been driven by a spirit of adventure and adaptability. Following his education at Universal Technical Institute, where he honed his skills as an auto technician, Carlos discovered a passion for JDM cars from the 90s, a love affair that continues to this day. Throughout his life, sports have played a significant role, with basketball serving as an early passion. Drawing inspiration from the legendary Kobe "Bean" Bryant, Carlos was deeply influenced by Bryant's unwavering dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence. With a natural inclination for strategy and teamwork fostered through his love of sports, Carlos found himself drawn to the world of real estate. I am a professional Realtor serving Houston and surrounding areas since 2002. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and I worked in healthcare administration for 25 years. I am a mother of four with two granddaughters.

What motivated me in the healthcare field is also what inspires me in the field of Real Estate, which is my love for helping people in their time of need. I realized the importance of home ownership when I purchased my first home at the young age of 26. Seeing how home ownership placed a sense of stability in my children's life, was extremely rewarding. I was born and raised in Richmond, Texas and graduated from Lamar High School. After high school graduation, I was an exchange student for one year in Sweden. Upon my return to the United States, I received a Bachelor of Business degree and a teaching certificate from the University of Houston. I later went on to teach at a local high school. I taught Business Computer Information Systems, Keyboarding, and Introduction to Business. I was also the leader and coordinator of the MOS Certification program and continue to volunteer as one of the Class of 2008 Sponsors. I also find myself actively involved at my daughter's elementary school. I am now part of the PTA of which I recently volunteered for the position of Teacher Appreciation Coordinator. Staying involved in the community not only gives me a personal satisfaction, but it also keeps me up to date on what is going on in the local Fort Bend County area. All of this helps me be a better wife, mom, and Realtor®.
