Vianey Quintana Casarez was raised in El Campo, TX and now a long-time Houstonian. Her love for real estate began during her college career when she worked as a receptionist for a large realty company. With her deeply-rooted family tendencies of real estate investments, she has naturally grown to love real estate and the exciting opportunities that the industry creates.

In addition, Vianey has also served the Houston healthcare industry for more than a decade. She received a Bachelor's of Science degree in nursing in 2007, a Master's of Science degree in nurse anesthesia in 2012, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree in 2014.

Initially excelling in pharmaceutical sales for 18 years, winning awards and becoming a sales trainer, Ronda later took time off to raise her two children. During this break, she ventured into real estate investing, flipping homes and acquiring rental properties. Transitioning into a licensed real estate agent after a year of successful investing, Ronda progressed through various roles, including management at a mid-size brokerage. Her diverse experience with clients, from first-time home buyers to luxury buyers and sellers, led her to establish her own brokerage, Real Haven Realty, in 2022.
