Jo Ann Holba admits, “I love Bellville and Austin County as much today as the first day I moved here in 1974.” It’s no wonder she has grown to become a multi-million dollar producer: she can’t resist showing off the rolling hills, spring wildflowers, and small town charm that she loves so much. Jo Ann’s love for real estate started well before moving into the country. While a youngster, she would read the real estate section of the newspaper daily. And in 1982, she made her passion into a career, earning a real estate license that would be followed with a Broker’s license.
