Stephanie Schraeder was born and raised in Harris County. Stephanie moved to Magnolia, TX in Montgomery County with her family in 2013, and she became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

"I love living in Magnolia and being part of such a close community. I chose a career in real estate because I want to help other people find their perfect place to call home in the Houston area." Stephanie's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent 7 years as a public relations coordinator for a Houston area school district before taking time away from working full time to raise her young family. Stephanie also manages a website and social media presence with her husband for Rockin S Hunting Company, a Texas hunting guide service.
